Parents, children, and all other individuals using and moving about in the play area and bistro must adhere to these rules of operation. Parents are responsible for explaining these rules to their children in an age-appropriate way.
1 – Supervision of children in the play area and bistro is the responsibility of parents or an accompanying adult. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children's safety in the play area.
2 – Entry to the play area in outdoor footwear is prohibited.
3 – Animals are not allowed in the play area or bistro.
4 – Climbing on the attraction nets from the outside is strictly forbidden.
5 – It is forbidden to bring any objects or substances into the play area that could endanger life or health, especially irritant chemicals, fireworks, weapons, matches, lighters, sharp objects (needles, pins, scissors, etc.), and inappropriate toys. Plush toys are allowed.
6 – Parents are responsible for any damage their child causes to the play area equipment, bistro property, or to another person or child.
7 – All visitors must follow the instructions of the staff.
8 – Each visitor is responsible for their own personal belongings.
9 – Children and adults with acute infectious diseases, including colds, diarrhea, etc., are not allowed to enter the play area.
10 – Bringing your own food and drinks into the play area and bistro is strictly prohibited!
11 – All attractions meet safety standards; however, please guide your children to be cautious and considerate of others.
12 – By entering the play area, you consent to the operator taking photographs of yourself and/or your minor child, and to the use of such images for the promotion of Harfiště.
13 – Maintain proper behavior, hygiene, and safety to ensure that your actions do not endanger or disturb other visitors.
14 – Please clean up after yourself and your child.
15 – All visitors must follow these rules in their entirety.
